Welcome back. I hope all is doing well this morning. We all need help at different times in our lives. Sometimes it is difficult to ask for help, but when we do not ask for help sometimes we cannot face the difficulty and trying times alone without God’s help.

Message: "H.E.L.P."

Today's Scriptures: "Psalm 121: 1-2, Psalm 46: 1, Psalm 54: 2, 4, Psalm 63: 7, Hebrews 4: 15"

Psalm 121: 1-2-- I lift up my eyes to the hills-- where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

Psalm 46: 1-- God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Psalm 54: 2, 4-- Hear my prayer, O God; listen to the words of my mouth. Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.

Psalm 63: 7-- Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings.

Hebrews 4: 15-- For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.
