Who Do You Trust?

In the Lord I put my trust; How can you say to my soul “Flee as a bird to your mountain”? For look, the wicked bend their bow, They make ready their arrow on the string, That they may shoot secretly at the upright in heart. If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do? 7. For the Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness; His countenance upholds the upright.

PS 11: 1-3, 7

Who do you trust? Are you trustworthy? During the last 10 months has your faith grown stronger and are you quicker to listen and slower to speak? Some mornings I wake up and feel stronger in my faith walk and trust in Jesus; however by the end of the day I am anxious and my brain in squirrel caging obsessive thoughts. So what went wrong? I know now more than ever, in order to have consistent peace and serenity, I “MUST” take every thought captive to the Lord throughout the day. The enemy that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy my serenity, joy, peace, truth, and justice is now more real to me than ever. However, I (we) must be mindful that we are children of the KING who loves us and desires us to cling to Him more than ever right now.

Thank you Jesus that we are children of a righteous KING. Thank you that we can put our full hope and trust in you. Thank you Father for exposing darkness in our lives and help us be quick to come back to you in repentance . Forgive us when we doubt, blame, lie, and grow anxious. Thank you Lord that you know when the enemy attacks us with lies and deception; help us be aware that you are our shield and protector and the enemy can only go so far. Dear Lord in these days of uncertainty, turn our eyes to you so much so, that all we see is the joy set before us and not the crumbling circumstances of the day. Dear Father, increase the faith of the weak and give courage to all who call upon the name of the Lord, to stand firm in the truth. In Jesus name, interrupt the plans of the enemy in our homes and our nation. Raise up Godly men and women willing to speak for the truth. Help us to fight only with the weapons of the whole armor of God;  girded  withheld of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the feet fitted with the preparation of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, and the helmet of salvation, and of course the sword of the Spirit which is the word of GOD. PRAYING ALWAYS in JESUS NAME, AMEN
