Jesus has risen ; He has risen indeed hallelujah!!
Praise the Lord my soul;Psalm 103: 1-5
All my inmost being, praise His holy name.
Praise the Lord my soul,
And forget not all His benefits—
who forgives all your sins
And heals all your diseases.
Who redeems you life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desire with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.
Did you know that the blood of the Lamb shed on the cross for your sins never loses its power? His blood saves, heals, restores and redeems us. His shed blood itentifies who we are and whose we are. We are blood bought children of the KING with a sured inheritance that can never be taken away.
Could it be that prayer and praise unlock the doors of heaven so that God’s kingdom WILL come on earth as it is in heaven? When we lay down our selfish ways and truly grasp how loved we are; and when we seek those higher purposes for which we were created, our body , mind and spirit can be restored.
Let Us Pray
Dear Lord help me to look upward instead of inward. Dear Lord forgive me for the times I complain and wish my life and the things I am going through were different. Thank you Lord for your word which daily reminds me who I am and who I belong to. Thank you Lord that you love and value my life so much that when I truly grasp that principle, I can love others the way you have loved me.
We thank you Lord for your word that reminds us that “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind”(2 Tim 1:7). Helped us to reel this power with wisdom and compassion; looking not only to our own well-being but to others as well.
Lord we pray for revival of our hearts and our land. Lord we pray we will never return to the idols we treasured before this pandemic; sports, entertainment, busyness, and all other ways our hearts were turned away from you.
We pray that you will continue to expose the darkness in our lives and the lives of those who make decisions for our nation and the world. We pray that you use us to prepare your bride for your coming. We know and accept that the days may be difficult but you are with us each step of the way. Help us to not grow weary in doing good. Paise you Lord Jesus for your love is better than life.
In Jesus’ Name, AMEN
Today I challenge you to use PS. 103 1-5 as a daily prayer for a week and take note of how the Lord adjusts your life and perspective. Blessings!
